Actuator Recommendation

Most L5P actuators have a long service life and rarely fail thanks to their location away from extreme heat. Unless your truck is showing actuator-related codes or confirmed damage, it’s usually best to retain the factory unit.

Important Notice

This turbo uses a custom vane/nozzle ring system engineered for response and efficiency.

Must be used with tuning that retains stock minimum and maximum vane position tables. Failure to do so can cause excessive exhaust pressure, shorten turbo or engine life, and void warranty.
