Actuator Guidance

Most L5P/L5D actuators are durable and rarely fail due to their location away from heat sources. Unless your truck shows actuator-related codes or confirmed damage, reusing your stock actuator is recommended.

• This turbo incorporates a custom nozzle ring and/or shroud plate for optimized performance.

• It must be paired with tuning that retains stock minimum/maximum vane position tables. Using non-stock vane values may lead to excessive exhaust pressure or premature wear, which is not covered under warranty.
