Fits LML injectors only.

This 8 pack of injector body seals is for the 6.6L Duramax LML. Each seal goes between the fuel injector body and the cylinder head. There is one seal per injector, so a single pack covers the whole engine. These seals fit LML injectors only. Replace the body seals any time the injectors are removed. A worn seal can leak combustion gas or let oil past the injector.

Benefits

With all 8 seals in one pack, every cylinder gets a fresh seal at the same time and nobody has to track down singles mid-job. Before seating each injector, lightly coat the seal with clean engine oil and make sure the bore is clean, with no old seal material left behind. Replace if worn or damaged. Frequently Asked Questions

Do these fit the LMM, LLY or LBZ?
No. Those engines use a different body seal. For the 2007.5-2010 LMM, order the Injector Body Seal 8 Pack, LMM Duramax | 2007.5-2010. For the LLY and LBZ, order the Injector Body Seal 8 Pack, LLY LBZ Duramax | 2004.5-2007.

Can I reuse the old body seals?
We don't recommend it. A seal that has been heat-cycled and compressed may not reseal, and a leak means pulling the injector again.

Is a special tool needed to pull the injectors?
Our Fuel Injector Removal Tool Kit, Duramax | 2011 - 2016 makes a stuck injector much easier to remove without damaging the injector or the head.

Fits 2011-2016 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD with the 6.6L Duramax LML. One seal per injector, 8 per engine.
