EGR Cooler Gasket, Front to Rear Cooler, Duramax | 2011-2016

This EGR cooler gasket, GM part number 98065521, seals the joint between the front and rear EGR coolers on 2011-2016 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD trucks with the 6.6L LML Duramax. The LML uses two EGR coolers in series, and this gasket keeps hot, sooty exhaust gas sealed as it passes from one cooler to the next. A burned or blown gasket leaks exhaust and soot under the hood and can cause EGR flow codes. Always use a new gasket any time the EGR coolers are separated or removed.
