U.S. Shipping Policy

This Domestic Shipping Policy only applies to products that are listed on the website or merchant-automotive mobile application that will be shipped within the United States.

  • Delivery times measured in business days, which are Mon-Fri, excluding holidays and days recognized as holidays.

  • Merchant Automotive LLC. only processes and ships orders Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. 

  • If you have an urgent order, PLEASE CALL 616-772-9551 Merchant Automotive to make sure your part is in stock and ready to be shipped. 

  • Some kit items may need to be customized before shipping. This WILL affect the shipping time. 

  • National Holidays and postal holidays may alter standard processing and shipping times.

  • Vendor-related items may incur extended processing time, impacting expected delivery dates.

  • Build-to-order items will incur extended processing time, impacting expected delivery dates. Please speak with our sales team for details.

  • In-stock FedEx orders placed by 3:00 pm ET will ship the same day.

  • In-stock UPS orders on MOST items placed by 3:00 pm ET will ship the same day.

  • In-stock USPS orders placed by 12:00 pm ET will ship the same day.

  • Large or oversize items may be shipped via Truck Freight.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if the item is returned for any reason.

  • Shipping protection through Extend is automatically added to your cart during checkout. This protection is optional, however Merchant Automotive strongly recommends this service as it covers lost, damaged, stolen packages and other instances which are not covered by the shipping carrier. Customers may opt out of this additional service by unchecking the box before completing order checkout. Once your order ships, the plan is in effect and cannot be canceled or refunded.   • If you choose an expedited shipping service such as UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air, or other faster than normal shipping, PLEASE check the availability of the product first by calling a Merchant Automotive sales associate at 616-772-9551. Products will ship in accordance with the selected shipping preference once in stock.  

  • If you placed an overnight order after checking that the item is in stock and shipped before 3:00 pm, and did not receive it overnight, please contact the delivery service you chose at checkout. Once we hand your item to the delivery service, we no longer have control over it.

  • Next Day, Second Day, 3 Day, and express delivery services for FedEx, UPS and USPS do not take weekends into consideration (Saturday and Sunday) when shipping.

  • Merchant Automotive LLC. Is not liable for products shipped with the Next Day, Second Day, 3 Day, or Express designation not arriving during weekends (Saturday and Sunday).  

  • For weekend delivery options please contact our sales team.

  • Merchant Automotive LLC. is not liable for extended delivery times for products that are out of stock or back-ordered at the time of purchase.


  • Merchant Automotive LLC is not liable for the delivery of Merchant Automotive products purchased through any other seller or service outside of 

  • All delivery concerns or grievances for Merchant Automotive products purchased through a seller or service other than should be filed with that seller or service. 


Please note that unless otherwise stated on the Site, delivery estimates are only estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times, should not be relied upon as such and do not form part of the contract between Merchant Automotive LLC and you.


  • Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations

  • International orders from the US may be subject to additional customs, taxes, and brokerage fees.

  • Prior to making a purchase internationally, we suggest you reach out to our support team to discuss the cost implications and expected delivery time.
