Merchant Automotive Performance Transfer Case Fluid is our recommended fluid for all GM transfer cases that call for ATF or Auto Trak II. One typical GM HD Transfer Case will use 2 Quarts, so we conveniently offer Performance Transfer Case Fluid in 2 quart bottles for a single fill with no waste.

NOTE: Merchant Automotive does not recommend overfilling a transfer case. Please fill your transfer case to the factory recommended fill level which in the case of most GM HD truck applications is 2 quarts. We recommend changing the transfer case fluid about every 2-years or 50,000 miles whichever comes first.


FAQ:

My transfer case was dry or way less than 2 quarts of fluid came out when I drained it. My output shaft seals look good and show no signs of leaking, what could be the problem?
