The Merchant Automotive Rubber Fuel Hose Kit is a complete replacement set of the rubber low-pressure fuel hoses on 2012-2016 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD pickups with the LML 6.6L Duramax diesel. It includes all of the rubber fuel lines on the engine, so you can replace every dry or cracking hose in one job.

What's Included

Why Replace Them

Factory rubber fuel hoses dry out, harden and crack with age and engine heat. A failing hose can leak fuel, leave a diesel smell under the hood, or let air into the fuel system, which can cause hard starts, rough running or loss of power. When one hose fails, the others are usually close behind, so replacing the full set during a repair saves you from chasing leaks one hose at a time.

Installation Tips

  • Disconnect the batteries before removing any fuel hoses.
  • Replace one hose at a time to keep the routing correct.
  • Inspect the clamps and replace any that are rusted or weak.
  • Prime the fuel system after installation and check every connection for leaks.
