This is the Drive Hub Snap Ring for a GM NP261HD, NP263HD, NP261XHD or NP263XHD transfer case found in 2001 to 2007 GM Duramax vehicles as well as some 1998-2007 GM half ton trucks and SUVs. The Drive Hub Snap Ring is located on the mainshaft securing the Range Hub.
NOTE: Carefully inspect the snap ring after removal and replace it if it is broken, cracked, bent, warped or overextended from removal.
