When to Replace
- Coolant leaking at the upper radiator pipe seal
- Any time the upper radiator pipe is removed. The smallest amount of swelling can make the old seal nearly impossible to get back in without rolling it.

- 2001-2010 trucks only.
- Already included in our 2001-2010 Thermostat Kit, and in many of our LB7, LLY, LBZ and LMM injector, CP3 pump, fuel pressure regulator and head gasket kits.
Installation Tips
- The upper radiator pipe seal can be very tough to install.
- We've found it best to install the pipe with lube on the seal and keep the O-ring as square as possible when installing.
- Refill and bleed the cooling system, then check for leaks.

We don't recommend it. The smallest amount of swelling can make the seal nearly impossible to get back in without rolling it.
