The Merchant Automotive Turbo Install Gasket Kit includes the gaskets and seals needed to install an OEM replacement or drop in upgrade turbocharger on a 2006-2007 LBZ 6.6L Duramax (and 2006 LLY). It covers the exhaust up pipes, the EGR cooler connection, the oil feed and drain, and the coolant lines. Every component is individually packaged and labeled, so it's easy to grab the right seal at each connection during install.

Before You Order
- Fits 2006-2007 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD with the 6.6L LBZ Duramax, and 2006 models with the LLY.

Installation Tips
- Use new gaskets and seals at every connection you disconnect to help prevent exhaust, oil and coolant leaks on the new turbo.
- Match each labeled package to its connection before installing.

Will this work with an aftermarket turbo?
Yes. It includes the gaskets and seals needed to install an OEM replacement or a drop in upgrade turbocharger, such as our Stealth turbos.
Are bolts included?
No. For new up pipe bolts, see the ARP Exhaust Manifold Up Pipe Bolts. Each kit has 3 bolts for one flange, so both up pipes take 4 kits.
Does this fit my 2006 truck with the LLY?
Yes. It fits 2006 trucks with either the LLY or the LBZ.
Does this fit 2004.5-2005 or 2007.5-2010 trucks?
