The Merchant Automotive Turbo Install Gasket Kit includes every gasket and seal needed to install an OEM replacement or drop-in upgrade turbocharger on a 2007.5–2010 LMM 6.6L Duramax. It covers the exhaust up pipes, the EGR cooler connection, the oil feed and drain, and the coolant lines, plus the heater outlet pipe seal at the oil cooler that's disturbed during LMM turbo removal. Every component is individually packaged and labeled, so it's easy to grab the right seal at each connection during install.

Which turbos can I use this kit with?
It works when installing an OEM replacement turbo or a drop-in upgrade turbo on a 2007.5–2010 LMM Duramax, including the Stealth Mach 1, Mach 2 and STR.
Will this kit fit my LLY or LBZ?
No. This kit includes the LMM-specific EGR cooler to up pipe gasket and a heater outlet pipe seal that's only on the LMM kit. For other years, use the 2004.5–2005 LLY or 2006–2007 LBZ Turbo Install Gasket Kit.
Can I reuse my old turbo gaskets?
We don't recommend it. Exhaust gaskets and banjo seals crush when tightened and won't reliably seal a second time. Reusing them risks exhaust, oil or coolant leaks on your new turbo.
Does this kit include bolts or lines?
No. The kit includes the gaskets and seals listed under What's Included. Bolts, oil lines and coolant lines are reused or bought separately.
How do I know which seal goes where?
Every part is individually packaged and labeled, so it's easy to grab the right seal at each connection during the install.
