This is the transfer case input shaft seal, GM 19299084, which replaces GM 19133156. It fits 2007.5-2010 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD trucks with the LMM 6.6L Duramax and 2011-2014 Silverado and Sierra 2500HD trucks with the LML. It seals the input shaft where it enters the transfer case.
