FASS Titanium Signature Series Fuel System
The Titanium Signature Series combines advanced 2-micron filtration, water separation, and FASS's patented air and vapor removal process to provide your Duramax injection system with a continuous supply of clean, properly pressurized fuel. By removing water, debris, air, and vapor before they reach the engine, the system helps protect expensive injection components and extend injector service life.
Exclusive FASS technologies including Whisper Technology (FWT), Performance Radius Cuts (PRC), and Mass Flow Return (MFR) provide quiet operation, improved fuel flow, and continuous fuel polishing. Unused fuel is returned to the tank only after passing through the filtration process, helping maintain clean fuel throughout the system while reducing cavitation, galling, and scoring.
