FASS Titanium Signature Series Fuel System
Upgrade the fuel delivery and filtration system on your 2001-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax with the FASS Titanium Signature Series Fuel System. Designed for high-horsepower applications, this complete replacement system delivers up to 250 or 290 gallons per hour and is capable of supporting approximately 1,200-1,500 horsepower while maintaining a preset fuel pressure of 8-10 PSI.
Unlike diesel platforms equipped with a factory lift pump, the Duramax relies on the CP3 or CP4 injection pump to pull fuel from the tank under vacuum. The FASS Titanium Signature Series provides positive fuel pressure to the injection system while removing water, debris, air, and vapor from the fuel, helping reduce stress on expensive fuel system components and improve overall fuel delivery.
This system also includes a billet aluminum bulkhead fitting and suction tube assembly. Machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, the bulkhead fitting incorporates both fuel supply and return functions with a 5/8" suction tube and 1/2" return port. The PTFE pickup tube can be trimmed to accommodate different fuel tank depths, while the integrated return design eliminates the need to cut the factory filler neck during installation.
