Single Disc Stock Stall Allison Converter, Up to 450hp, Duramax | 2001-2016

The Diesel Performance Converters (DPC) Single Disc Stock Stall Torque Converter is built for 2001-2016 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD trucks with the 6.6L Duramax diesel (LB7, LLY, LBZ, LMM and LML) and the Allison 1000 transmission. It features a billet front cover, an oversized clutch and Torrington bearings, and DPC rates it for up to 450 horsepower. It keeps the stock stall speed, and it comes with our torque converter bolt kit.

• Allison 1000, 2001-2016 only: this converter fits the 6.6L Duramax with the Allison 1000. It does not fit the 2017 and newer L5P.

Installation Tips

• It is common practice to replace the front pump seal while the converter is out.
• Make sure the converter is fully seated in the pump before installing the transmission.
