Turbo Coolant Hose at Upper Pipe, LB7 LLY | 2001-2005

This short turbo coolant hose connects to the upper turbo coolant pipe on the 2001-2005 6.6L Duramax LB7 and LLY. Merchant Automotive cuts it to a 4" length from genuine GM 94013117 bulk hose, the 10 mm ID hose GM uses on the turbo coolant lines. The turbo is cooled by engine coolant, and this rubber hose is part of that circuit. With heat and age it hardens and cracks, which can cause a coolant leak at the turbo coolant lines.

The turbo coolant hoses sit close to the turbo and see a lot of heat. Replacing this hose any time the turbo or its coolant pipes come off saves pulling everything apart again for a leak. Do I need to cut this hose?
It comes cut to 4". On the LLY it may need to be trimmed to fit. Measure your old hose before installing.

Does this come with clamps?
No. Clamps are not included.

Will this fit my 2006-2010 LBZ or LMM?
No. The 2006-2010 engines use a larger turbo coolant hose. Order the Turbo Coolant Hose | 2006 - 2010 instead.

Fits 2001-2005 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500 with the 6.6L Duramax LB7 or LLY. One hose required per engine. For 2006-2010 LBZ and LMM trucks, use the Turbo Coolant Hose | 2006 - 2010.
