This Lincoln right angle grease adapter threads onto the end of a grease gun and turns the coupler 90 degrees, so you can reach grease fittings that a straight coupler can't get square on. It's made for the tight spots under a truck, like steering and suspension fittings tucked behind brackets and frame rails. The adapter locks onto the fitting so grease goes into the joint instead of out around the coupler. Merchant Automotive packages it with a grease fitting.
