The Merchant Automotive PCV Valve Kit includes everything needed to service the crankcase ventilation (PCV) valve on 2001–2005 LB7 and LLY 6.6L Duramax engines. The PCV valve regulates crankcase pressure. A sticking valve or tired spring can cause excess crankcase pressure, oil seepage and oil carryover into the intake. The kit includes a new valve, spring, cover and mounting hardware, so the whole assembly is renewed in one job.
