Fuel Test Port Service Valve O-Ring, Duramax | 2001 - 2016

This O-ring, GM part number 94011618, seals the fuel system service valve, also called the fuel test port or cold start fuel feed valve, on the 6.6L Duramax diesel. It fits every engine from the 2001 LB7 through the 2016 LML in Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD trucks, 2006-2016 Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana vans, and 2003-2006 Chevrolet Kodiak and GMC TopKick C4500 and C5500. Technicians use the test port to check fuel pressure and to bleed air from the system. An old or nicked O-ring can seep fuel or let air into the fuel system, which leads to hard starts. Replace it any time the test port, valve or cap is removed.
