PPE High-Flow Lower Intake Manifold Kit
Upgrade your Duramax intake system with PPE High-Flow Lower Intake Manifolds. Cast from high-strength A356.0-T6 heat-treated aluminum, these manifolds feature 32% larger inlets for improved airflow on LLY applications and 50% thicker walls for increased strength, heat resistance, and long-term durability.
The manifolds retain factory mounting locations for LLY and LBZ/LMM fuel rails, EGR brackets, and fuel line brackets. CNC-machined gasket grooves provide a secure seal, while an integrated MAP sensor port supports LLY applications. A dummy plug is included for LBZ/LMM engines where the lower manifold MAP port is not used. For LLY applications, PPE Intake Bridge Manifold SKU 115053400 is also required. The intake bridge and lower manifolds are port-matched for optimal airflow and distribution.
