This is the genuine GM high-pressure fuel injector assembly, GM part number 12698552, for the 2017-2023 6.6L Duramax L5P. The L5P uses eight injectors, one per cylinder, and this part fits any cylinder position. It replaces the earlier GM injector numbers 12678992 and 12696966.

Fitment
