11.5" Carrier Bearing Race, AAM Rear Axle | 2001-2026

Part number 3920 is the tapered roller bearing cup (race) for the differential carrier bearing in the AAM 11.5" rear axle used on Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD Duramax trucks. The race presses into the axle housing's carrier bearing bore and gives the carrier bearing a hardened surface to roll on. Replace it whenever you replace the carrier bearing, during a gear swap or rebuild, or if the race is pitted, scored or spun.
